Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy — you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at contact@karahparis.com. Returns should be sent to: Alliance Garonor Est — Bâtiment 13 / Cellule C — Aulnay-sous-Bois 93600, France. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send your parcel. Items sent back without first requesting a return can't be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items can't be returned — perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), custom products (special orders, personalised items), and personal-care goods (beauty products). We also can't accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Get in touch if you have a question about a specific item. Unfortunately, we can't accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

EU 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if your goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging — with the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund is approved. If approved, you'll be refunded automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Remember it can take time for your bank or card company to process and post the refund.
