Preamble
These general terms of sale apply between:

Hereafter "KARAH", and any individual or legal entity visiting or making a purchase via karahparis.com, hereafter the "Customer". Any order placed on the site implies unreserved acceptance of these terms of sale.

1 — Purpose
These terms define, exclusively online, the rights and obligations of the parties in the online sale of the products offered on karahparis.com.

2 — Enforceability
The applicable terms of sale are those in force on the site at the time the Customer confirms the order. They may be modified or removed at any time.

3 — Products
3.1 Availability. Products offered for sale on karahparis.com are available within the limits of the stock shown on the site. If a product becomes unavailable after an order is confirmed, KARAH will inform the Customer as soon as possible.
3.2 Information and guarantees. Products are described with the greatest care, but minor differences (photography, colours, etc.) may exist without engaging KARAH's liability.

4 — Price
Prices are shown in euros (€), all taxes included, for sales in France and the European Union. For sales outside the EU, prices are shown excluding tax and may be subject to customs duties and local taxes, payable by the Customer. KARAH reserves the right to change its prices at any time.

5 — Order
5.1 Order process. The Customer selects products on karahparis.com and adds them to the cart. Once the order is confirmed and payment made, a confirmation email is sent.
5.2 Final confirmation. Any order confirmed by payment is firm and final. KARAH reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order in the event of a payment problem, an incorrect address, or a dispute with the Customer.

6 — Payment
6.1 Payment methods. Payment can be made by bank card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, or instalments (where applicable). Payment is secured through Shopify Payments.
6.2 Non-payment. In the event of non-payment or a payment incident, KARAH reserves the right to suspend or cancel the order.

7 — Delivery
7.1 Delivery times. Orders are shipped within 2 to 7 business days after payment is confirmed. Times may vary by destination and carrier.
7.2 Countries served. Delivery is available in mainland France, the European Union, and other countries subject to availability.
7.3 Shipping fees. Shipping fees are calculated by weight and destination and shown before the order is confirmed.

8 — Right of withdrawal
8.1 Return conditions. The Customer has 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal.
8.2 Return procedure. The product must be returned in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are payable by the Customer except in the case of a defective product.
8.3 Refund. The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned product, via the same payment method used.

9 — Liability
KARAH cannot be held liable for indirect damages or in the event of force majeure affecting performance of the contract.

10 — Personal data
The Customer's personal data is collected and used in accordance with KARAH's Privacy Policy.

11 — Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Paris.
